About Me

Hello jee, I'm Mrunalini, a MERN stack developer with hands-on experience in creating and deploying end-to-end full stack web applications. I'm currently in the third year of my B.E. in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.
I enjoy solving complex problems through a blend of logic and creativity, and have a strong foundation in DSA using Java..
Lately, I’ve been diving deep into the world of Artificial Intelligence, where I have worked on opencv projects and I am exploring ML. I’m passionate about teamwork and collaboration, which I’ve actively demonstrated during my journey as a Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador (Beta)— leading sessions, conducting hands-on project sessions for participants, and heading multiple group initiatives on trending tools and technologies.
In addition to this, I’ve participated in various hackathons and have been fortunate to receive multiple awards and recognitions, some of which are highlighted below. I always strive to bring something that’s truly my signature blend of creativity and impact to every project I work on.
My experience so far includes a wide range of technical and leadership roles. I am currently seeking opportunities to gain real-world industry experience, deepen my expertise, take on greater responsibilities, and grow into leadership roles in the tech space.
Feel free to explore my portfolio to learn more about what I’ve built — and if you'd like to collaborate, work together, or just have a tech chat, get in touch! I'm constantly learning and incorporating feedback to build and grow. I’d love to hear what you’d like to know more about me.

My Projects

⭐⭐⭐Wanderlust⭐⭐⭐
  • Wanderlust is a Full-Stack web application built using MongoDB, Express.js, and Node.js.
It uses Passport.js for secure authentication and enables users to create and manage listings and reviews with dynamic routing and MVC architecture.
Integrated interactive maps via Microsoft Azure for location display and improved image uploads by 40% using Cloudinary.

Key Features: Authentication & Authorization, Image Management, and Location-Based Interactions.
⭐⭐MelodyStream⭐⭐
  • MelodyStream is a audio streaming web application built with Node.js, Express,JavaScript, HTML5 and Bootstrap. It extracts audio from YouTube using yt-dlp and streams it through a CORS-enabled backend.
Integrated the YouTube Data API (Google Cloud) to enable dynamic song search and playback. The app showcases backend processing, API logic implementation, and seamless frontend consumption using JavaScript, HTML5, and Axios.

Features include search, audio streaming using yt-dlp, API integration with Axios.
SipSavvy
  • SipSavvy is a Backend based, drink logging app that lets users track and manage their beverage intake. Built using Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and EJS, it offers a simple interface to add, update, and delete drink entries. Features include a dynamic drink list, organized UI, and RESTful route structure for seamless backend operations.
Github Wall of Fame Activity
  • GitHub Wall of Fame is a fun interactive activity I built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript during my session as a Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador (Beta). It helped participants make their first pull request by adding their name, college, and quote—live on GitHub Page. Through this, I deepened my understanding of Git workflows, open-source collaboration, and leading beginner-friendly tech sessions.
Color Memory Dash
  • Simon Memory Game is a responsive browser-based memory game inspired by the classic Simon Says challenge. Built using HTML, CSS, and Vanilla JavaScript, it tests the player's memory through flashing colored button sequences that grow in complexity with each round. The game features smooth restarts on incorrect moves and highest score tracking to boost replayability across devices.
